1-Please include 3.00 for return postage for each total order (i.e.-3.00 for all pieces).

2-Include a seperate Order Form for each piece to be engraved.
Attach Order Form to each piece with a rubber band.

3-Fill out each order form as completely as possible.

4-PLEASE, SEND ONLY THE PIECES YOU WANT TO BE ENGRAVED! (i.e.-front, spine, etc.)
We do not want to be responsible for your keepsakes inside your albums.

5-Mail all orders to adress on Order Form.
