Frequently Asked Questions (and maybe a few answers) Please, review the following questions below before contacting us with any questions or concerns you may have. You might just find what you are looking for here. But, please all ways feel free to contact us if you have a question that is not fully explained anywhere in our web site.
			Q - What types/kinds of albums can you engrave/imprint on? A - We can imprint on albums from Creative Memories, Dalee, Creations, Pioneer and more. As long as the album is flat and does not have to deep of a nap, we should have no problem making it look wonderful. Only albums or materials that are felt, suede, tapestry (all of which have deep naps) or have to busy of a back ground for lettering to show up over prove to be difficult to engrave upon. Q - What other things can you imprint on? A - We have imprinted names and dates on pictures, matboards (for pictures), bibles, date books and more. If you have something unique that you want engraved, call or e-mail us, we would be happy to discuss it with you. Q - What if I send you somehing and you can not engrave it? A - It won't cost you a thing. We will not take any chances messing up your personal items unless you insist we try. If we don't think we can make it look wonderful and surpass your expectations, we hesitate to do it. Q - Should I send you my whole album? A - Please, NO! We do not want to be responsible for your keepsakes. Most all albums come apart (i.e. - front, back, spine) and will go back together easily. Even if your's does not come apart, the materials or pages inside should be removeable. If you need assistance and can not contact your consultant or local scrap book store, feel free to give us an e-mail or call. Q - How do I ship an order to you? A - 1-Please include .00 for return postage for each total order (i.e.-3.00 for all pieces). 2-Include a seperate Order Form for each piece to be engraved. Attach Order Form to each piece with a rubber band. 3-Fill out each order form as completely as possible. 4-PLEASE, SEND ONLY THE PIECES YOU WANT TO BE ENGRAVED! (i.e.-front, spine, etc.) We do not want to be responsible for your keepsakes inside your albums. 5-Mail all orders to adress on Order Form (order page). 6-Contact us with any questions. Q - What are some ideas about what to put on an album?
